The warranty, which covers passive On-Q products and cables from the best in the business, is activated when the installer submits a properly completed registration application for the house.

To qualify for our 15-year warranty the project must be registered using our online submittal tool and the installation must be performed by a certified Legrand installer using only Legrand products. Only cables from the manufacturers listed below should be used in the installation, and On-Q installation guidelines must be followed. In the event that the home is sold, the warranty may be transferred by informing On-Q of the change in ownership.
